Too much London…

“A less-dominant London might make England feel more united, and less like half a country with a huge city-state attached.”
If you ain’t talking about regional devolution and a UK federation of around 12 regions and nations – the system of democracy that pretty much everywhere in the West enjoys (except for France of course what with Macron and Johnson hand-bagging it down in Jersey) – then you ain’t saying much at all.
The solution to the problems of the day: red wall sovereignty; how to behave in the EU; celtic – or even whippet (NIP) – nationalism – let alone the idea of sorting London/Not London out.
